RESEARCH AND EVALUATION
Faculty directors of Cultural Connections have decades of experience in conducting a wide variety of research, including impact studies, project evaluations, needs assessments, and trend analyses. They specialize in exploring the role of race, ethnicity, class, language, and related factors in your company's programs.
Cultural Connections can handle all stages of research and evaluation as external, objective experts, including study design, literature review, data collection, analysis, development of recommendations, and presentation of findings through written and oral venues. Studies can be conducted through a variety of methods, such as face-to-face interviews on-site with ethnically diverse clients, telephone discussions with customers, written surveys with staff, or focus groups. Cultural Connections can also be responsible for handling all liability issues related to gaining human subjects approval to ensure the ethical treatment of research participants.
The size of research and evaluation projects can be modified to fit your agency's budget.
