DIVERSITY TRAINING PROGRAMS
Cultural Connections specializes in delivering innovative, timely, and progressive training programs for organizations, companies, government agencies, and communities on diversity issues related to race, ethnicity, culture, and class. All training programs are highly interactive, and combine the latest scientific research with the most practical application of information in the real world. These diversity training programs improve the "cultural competence" of employees and agencies so that they may work more effectively with staff and clients from different cultures.
Trainings through Cultural Connections can be short- or long-term in length, and can range from introductory "brown bag" lunch seminars to half-day workshops or even intensive, on-going monthly programs. Trainings can be conducted face-to-face in small group settings, through large group seminars, or via distance technology such as webinars over the internet. All trainees receive reading materials and learning packets. Specialized train-the-trainer programs are also available.
